PLAY

There has to be time for experimentation and play in art making. The grid of triangles, circles and bars was an opportunity to play with simultaneous contrast and movement using simple geometric shape and flat space. working in literacy for several years brought me to include text in a few compositions. I have also played with using the canvas fabric as a collage material in combination with text and painting.
